[description action="start"]
This high yielding beet produces impressively uniform roots. Red Atlas has a very high sugar content of 12-15% and the deep red flesh shows subtle internal zoning. The upright plants grow to around 35cm (14") tall and are slow to bolt. Great for tops and processing, as well as for bunched beets at markets.
